Of course, I am always most interested in gravity, and many simple experiments regarding gravity have produced anomolous results and warrant repeating.
A friend of mine named Donald Roth has done extensive and rigorous experiments measuring the weight of permanent magnets over the course of days, weeks, and months. He has consistently found that a magnet's weight fluctuates up to 2% over the course of a day, following the sun.
If these experments are repeatable, it could have a huge impact on our understanding of gravity and magnetism.
I have scanned some pages from Donald's manuscript entitled Backyard Gravity Science, particularly relating to the diurnal weight changes of magnets, the experimental setup, and test results.

Another experiment I have heard of that might be interesting is this:
Get a large number of grandfather clocks together and start them all swinging randomly. After a few days, they will all be swinging in unison.
Granted, this experiment is not practical if you have to use grandfather clocks, but perhaps there is some other way to test whether seemingly isolated systems might actually communicate with each other in currently unknown ways (like morphic fields).
